Hello my name is Barbara Compiano, Ive been part of Drass since 2007 and I'm the head of the Administration Department. When I arrived in Drass turnovers were not the ones that we have now. Over the years they have quintupled, but soon I got used to it, to the point that now I do not take into account more than the last three zeros of a number, one thousand became a million, the general manager is afraid of this...he always says that sooner or later he will have a heart attack.
I am like an orchestra conductor, every person in my department who is responsible for the performance of a task, is a fundamental element for the cash flow, and just like an orchestra director I have to give each of them the "La" and coordinate them with my baton according to the directives, plans, strategies and politics of the General Direction. I also manage the relationship with the banks and guarantee the timely and correct processing of reports, budgets and accounts.
I am very pleased with my work in Drass, and my hope is to be more and more independent and productive!
