My name is Luigi Marzi and I joined Drass Team in March 2007 as Qualified Welder.
It seems like only yesterday when I started being a part of the first project – the first 5 prototypes of the Environmental Control Unit.
In January 2008 Drass created the first team that was qualified to build and assemble the Environmental Control Unit, and along with it came the Team Leader position until March 2009.
It was in April 2009 that Drass started the project of a Portable System called the SINGLE BELL – Series 900, composed of 3 Hyperbaric Chambers. It was a new professional challenge, as I was designated Team Leader of both the Welding Team and the Locksmiths Team.
But the real adventure for me started in March 2010: succeeding in starting the production of Pressure Vessels with our Romanian partner Pressafe SRL, from where I am actually writing today. When I first came to Pressafe I was designated as Team Leader of the Welding Team and today I am the person responsible for the entire production of Pressafe.
It may seem hard to be away from home, but it’s been a “hell of a ride” and I must say I have enjoyed every single day of it! Looking forward to the new challenges the future brings along the way! |
